Booking and Attendance tips

  • If members of your party will be arriving separately for your chosen performance, please consider printing the order receipt and ask them to bring it with them. Ensure the QR code is on the order. Alternatively, forward the email receipt to them so we can check in easily.
  • Please ensure you arrive in good time before the performance to ensure there is reduced risk of issues checking you in.
  • We will be using a scanning system that will read the QR code on your email ticket. It will only allow one check-in per QR code and only on the date you have booked for.
