How to book your tickets

  1. Using the menu at the top of the website, click on ‘Select a show’
  2. This will take you to the currently available and upcoming shows.
  3. Once on this page, click on “Book your tickets for the show” for the show you wish to see.
  4. You will then be on the page which shows all the available dates and times. Find the performance date you would like.
  5. The performance details for your chosen date will show how many remaining tickets are available. You can choose your seats by clicking on the ‘Pick your Seat(s)’ button.
  6. A new screen will open up to display the seating plan. You can zoom in or out using the + or – in the bottom left of the screen and slide/drag left to right to make choosing your seat easier.
  7. Click on the desired seat and click on ‘Add to cart’. You must select each seat you wish to book and add to the cart individually. This is to ensure your seat is available. Your selected seats will turn green to show they are in your basket.
  8. You will see the subtotal of your order in the bottom right. Once you have finished choosing your seat(s), click on ‘Go to cart’.
  9. You will be taken to your order page to ensure you are happy with your choice. You can either remove any unwanted seats, simply return to the shows to book further seats by clicking on ‘Shows’ in the top menu or click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ where you will be asked for payment and details.
  10. Fill in all the details required, not forgetting the ‘I agree to the Terms and Conditions’ checkbox.
  11. Choose pay by PayPal – an account is not required to pay by PayPal but can be used if you do have one.
  12. Click ‘Proceed to PayPal’
  13. You can log into Paypal if you have an account or Pay by Credit Card or Debit Card if you do not – there is no requirement to have a Paypal account.
  14. Complete the payment.
  15. Once payment has been accepted, PayPal will direct you back to the Box Office and show you your confirmed booking.
  16. You will receive an email with the show details and seat information. The QR code on the email is important as this contains your booking seat and details so we can check you in.
  17. You can either print the email to bring with you or simply leave it on your mobile device and we can scan you in from the screen.
